1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using VisaPacks (visapacks.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Not legal or migration advice
VisaPacks is a document organisation tool only. It does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or any representation about visa eligibility or outcomes. Checklist items are provided for general informational purposes based on publicly available Department of Home Affairs guidance.
Visa requirements change frequently. You must always verify current requirements at the Department of Home Affairs website or consult a registered migration agent. We accept no liability for visa application outcomes, refusals, or delays, whether or not you used VisaPacks to organise your documents.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
You may delete your account at any time from My Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your uploaded documents will be removed.
4. Payment terms
VisaPacks offers a one-time paid upgrade of $30.00 AUD (inclusive of GST where applicable). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
The upgrade is non-refundable except in circumstances required under the Australian Consumer Law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@visapacks.com.au within 14 days of purchase with your order details.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and may change at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already made.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or content intended to disrupt the service
- Attempt to access another user's documents, account, or data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Australian or international law
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape, index, or bulk-download content from the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code on VisaPacks is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the service without our written consent. You retain ownership of any documents you upload — we do not claim any rights over your files.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep VisaPacks available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, VisaPacks is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including visa refusals, delays, or application errors.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of VisaPacks after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
