1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. VisaPacks uses cookies sparingly — only what is necessary to operate the service.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party profiling cookies, and we do not load the Meta Pixel. If you consent to advertising-conversion measurement, it happens server-side (Meta's Conversions API) and sets no cookie in your browser other than the vp_marketing_consent preference above — and it never includes your documents or visa subclass. 3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use VisaPacks — pages viewed, general location (country/region level), and device type — so we can improve the site. Google Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
4. Your choices
The session cookie is essential — you cannot opt out of it without losing access to the service. The Google Analytics cookies are not essential; you can block them via your browser's cookie settings, an ad-blocking extension, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on without affecting how the app works.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings:
Clearing cookies for visapacks.com.au will log you out and end your active session. Any uploaded files associated with an anonymous session will be deleted at the next 24-hour cleanup.
