The Department of Home Affairs publishes requirements for each subclass, but they're dense and not always easy to map to your personal situation.

All document checklists are based on publicly available Department of Home Affairs guidance. For authoritative requirements — especially for complex or sensitive applications — always verify directly on the Department of Home Affairs website or consult a registered migration agent (MARA).

Your documents are safe

Visa applicants upload sensitive documents — passport copies, bank statements, relationship evidence. VisaPacks takes a few clear positions on how that data is handled:

— Files are only accessible through your authenticated session, never a public URL
— Anonymous session files are automatically deleted after 24 hours
— Your documents are never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than serving them back to you
— Registered account holders can delete all files and close their account at any time from the Account page
